It is impossible to overstate the extent to which Sue was integral to the development of Maroochy Eye Specialists.  I met her reasonably early in the ‘contemplation’ stage and the way she elaborated the scope of services she was able to provide made it seem so much more possible, which gave me the impetus to proceed.  Her experience in dealing with all aspects of practice development (including but not limited to budget and accounting, layout and elements of fit-out, licensing, procuring necessary equipment and services, staffing and marketing) is vital and immediately obvious.  Everything was completed on a tight schedule, and her communication throughout was exemplary, which made the process (almost) stress-free.  I am thrilled with the final result, and Sue continues to assist with aspects of the day-to-day running of the practice.  I cannot imagine having taken this step without her help, and Sue has my highest recommendation for anyone needing assistance with practice set up or other aspects of management.
